Bec Woods is a Level Two (the highest level) accredited Surf Coach through Surfing Australia. She is also a qualified professional lifeguard. When it comes to surf coaching, Bec is a niche in the market. Not only because she has extensive competitive experience at the top most level, including state, national and World Junior titles, Professional Junior Series Winner twice and World Qualifying Series Champion alongside her nine years on the World Championship Tour. She has also been coached by the World’s best including head Australian coach Martin Dunn for many years.

Bec recognises the qualities needed to make a well rounded coach and plans to study health/sports sciences so she can be one of the most qualified and well rounded coaches looking to positively help athletes who are seeking coaching to unlock the potential within. No matter the level, Bec is an approachable and friendly coach. In 2013 Bec will be travelling the world, competing on the WCT. She can make room for people while traveling to events and in her down time at home.
